I guess I have a place to sit at IAPP’s Fusion conference that starts today and runs through May 12th. I will be at the AvidXchange booth (812) in the exhibitor’s hall. I don’t know if AvidXchange felt sorry for me and wanted me to have a place to sit and put my stuff or if they really like the 8 Pitfalls. Well… I do know that AvidXchange is a huge fan of the 8 Pitfalls.
Please stop by I would like to talk with you about two things:
(1) If your company’s AP process is automated – I would like to know how did you distributed the time freed when you automated you AP process. I call this “New Time”.
(2) If your company’s AP process is not automated – How would you distribute the time that is freed up by automating.
These are two very important questions to understand, and are the subject of my next book: “Two Reason You Will Not Automate” coming out on January 1, 2012.
