I am very proud of the number of presentation I do each year. Last year it was 588 in 9 different countries. Now, before you think I fly all over the world and never see my wife and four kids, 577 of those presentations were done over the web. I do a lot of webinars and small group presentations. Last year’s 588 was no out of the ordinary number for me. I consistently do two to four presentations every day. Webinars are my favorite, however, get to do two to four webinars each week. But, for some reason I still get nervous. Even if there are a dozen people online or 500. It doesn’t matter what the size. The good news is, I don’t think you would be able to tell if I am nervous.
See for yourself, here is a webinar I did in June.
I looked up on the web “why do people get nervous” and some smart guy said that it was a chemical brain reaction that saves us from doing really stupid things. He didn’t put it that way… he used smart people talk. Well I guess me being nervous saves me from doing an awful webinar. I hope that is the case, because my nerves seem to go down the more I prepare.
Join me today to see if I am nervous or not on a webinar that I was asked to do by docuLynx on getting rid of paper checks.
