Encore! Encore! That’s what I was going to title this post, but I shamelessly decided to sell out and use the old “free” word to get attention. It’s true, you can get a free copy of my book The Argument to Automate – How Innovation Can INSPIRE Not Fire if you read this post. However, the encore piece is true. Last May at Fusion I spoke about how automation can be useful, and even needed, if you don’t want to fire people. That’s the whole point of the book, to answer the question, “why automate?” I guess I did okay, because IFO asked me to do the session again this Thursday at 1:30pm EST.
