Every once in a while I think it is important to step back and look at the big picture. One of my favorite Stephen Covey habits (of the seven) is the idea of “sharpen the saw”. The story Dr. Covey shares is a person cutting down a tree not stopping to sharpen the saw because they are too busy cutting down trees. How many times have we gotten into this in our business life?
Here is my Sharpening
Thanks – that’s right a little thank you to all who have contacted me, bought books, commented on posts, saying “hi” at events… all of it. If I didn’t have people reacting and making this information better, I would not do it.
To continue the sharpening of the saw, please continue the dialogue. More comments (even if you disagree) more tweets, re-tweet, re-blogs and likes. I believe the more this is “our” information and content the better it is going to be.
