When I started this series I really (really) wanted to write about the situations where accounting automation is best used. I know that makes all of the other article seem like I wasn’t that interested… I was very interested, however, business situations in my experience have been the most overlooked and impactful area for justifying automation. (And) The more extreme the situations the more important automation becomes.
Businesses go through patterns, cycles and changes. Some companies seem to change on a weekly basis. Being able to spot and react to these patterns, cycles and changes gives you a distinct advantage when justifying automation to find the perfect solution. Over the next few business days I am going to write about growth companies, headcount reductions, hiring in accounting, and audits. Stay tuned!
